How To Use It

The Tinted Tan Extender is one of Tuscan Tan’s easiest products to use, as it doesn’t contain DHA like our active tanning formulas, so you don’t need to wear a mitt to avoid staining the palms of your hands. You can simply apply the Tinted Tan Extender as you would a regular body moisturiser - directly onto the skin, ensuring to wash the excess off your hands afterwards (it is tinted, remember!).

We do have a couple of tips though. It’s important to wait until your self tan or professional spray tan has fully developed prior to application, to ensure the formula doesn’t halt your tan development or effect the tanning process in any way. It’s also important to make sure your skin is completely dry - wet or damp patches will cause the tinted formula to leave uneven streaks, and won’t allow the moisturising properties to completely sink into the skin.
