Please choose carefully as products sold on our website are non refundable if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
We do not accept the return of products for exchange with another product type if the product/s delivered match the description of the products You ordered.
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, and undertake to accept the return of products for exchange if the products delivered are different to the product/s You ordered. We also undertake to replace any product/s delivered to You that are faulty or in a damaged condition. If you wish to return product/s You must;
1. Contact within seven (7) days of receipt to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Please provide valid reason for your return request and attach a photo to support your request.
2. If we approve your return request and issue you with a RA#, you will be emailed an Online Return Form. We will also generate an Australia Post return shipping label which will be emailed to You by Australia Post. Please download and print this shipping label. (If you do not have adhesive label stationary to print onto, you may print the label onto plain paper and adhere it to your package neatly and securely with sticky tape once remaining return requirements have been fulfilled).
3. Place the completed Online Return Form together with the products you wish to return in the reusable padded bag or box that your products were delivered in, or pack them in suitable packaging so as to avoid damage / or prevent further damage.
4. Securely seal the padded bag / box containing the items for return and attach the shipping label to the outside (Remove all other pre-existing shipping labels from the outside of the bag / box if re-using original shipping packaging). Please Note: Products returned for replacement will only be accepted by us if accompanied by your completed Online Return Form with valid RA# entered on it, and packaged appropriately with the authorised return shipping label attached.
5. Take the package for return to your nearest Australia Post outlet or advised partner carrier outlet and lodge for shipment back to Tuscan Tan Pty Ltd. We will then be able to track it it's journey back to Us. Tuscan Tan will only accept returns that have been shipped as instructed. Upon receipt of product/s returned for exchange or replacement, We shall inspect goods for reason consistent with above clause 8.3 and the RA# given. If we accept products that the product/s You return are consistent with above clause 8.3 and the RA# given, then We will exchange or replace the product/s and ship them to You accordingly.
Exchange or replacement of product/s will not be provided if the products You return have been opened or used, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or packaging, or if they are reasonably deemed to have been damaged after delivery to the you.
In the unlikely event that We are unable at the time of return to exchange or replace returned product/s, we undertake to reimburse the original credit card used for the purchase for the amount initially debited for the purchase including postage charges.
You are not permitted under any circumstance to return Product/s purchased on the Tuscan Tan online store to a Stockist listed on the Stockist Locator webpage/s of the Tuscan Tan website.
1. Tuscan Tan Pty Ltd ships and delivers products Australia wide and Internationally using Australia Post and or it's partner carriers.
2. We only deliver to residential and business addresses. We do not deliver to P O Boxes outside of Australia.
3. Shipping and Delivery charges where applicable are influenced by the size and weight of the product, the method of shipping and Delivery You select, and your location. Shipping and Delivery charges are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.
4. Shipping and Delivery to destinations within Australia for all orders under $60.00 is at an additional charge calculated at time of purchase. We offer free standard shipping to destinations within Australia for all orders of $60.00 and over. Shipping of all orders to International destinations outside Australia is at an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase.
5. We will endeavour to dispatch products within two business days of the order being placed by you on the Site [excluding Public holidays and weekends]. Any delivery times suggested are estimates only dependent on your location and the method of shipping You select and, We are not liable for any losses caused by late delivery or non-delivery. Standard delivery within Australia is estimated at between 2-7 days. Delivery to destinations outside Australia is estimated at between 5 -14 days.
6. You will be notified email when Your order has been dispatched and tracking information will be provided.
7. Invoices will be emailed to the e-mail address provided to Us by You via the site. Details of the products We have sent You will be listed on the invoice. We will automatically refund you to the same credit card or Paypal Account You used when placing the Order for any Products we are unable to supply.
8. Products will be dispatched to the address provided to Us by You via the Site.
9. Orders will be delivered to the address provided to Us when You place Your order on the Website.
10. Your order will be delivered by Australia Post or one of its partner carriers. Your signature or the signature of somebody known to You will be required upon delivery. If no one is present to receive and sign for your parcel, a notice will be left at your address advising of the nearest Australia post or partner carrier outlet for You to collect your parcel.
11. Ownership and Risk in the Product/s will pass to You when the Product/s are delivered to the shipping address provided by You on your order form.
